You can exercise with your classmates if you live near each other. Just set up a time and place to meet and run or ride together for a set amount of time then you can feel good about yourself and happy that you can social distance but still see your friends. I don't do this because my friends don't live near me and are not allowed to come where I am so I just chat with them about the classwork on the phone.

my tips (for context, i'm a high school senior)
    1) find a friend to be study buddies with! you can hold zoom sessions to study together, and make calendars to track each other's progress and hold one another accountable!
    2) if you normally hung out with friends during lunch at school, I really recommend replicating that through video call. this is a nice way to break up your days, and become socially fulfilled. i think you need to socialize to study better later, because then you are more emotionally balanced (i think?) and have more structure in your days
    3) if screens give you headaches, consider investing in a pair of blue-light glasses, and taking riboflavin
    4) make playlists that are the length of time you want to study, or make playlists that have a certain genre of songs for say, 25 minutes, and then 2 different genre-ed songs for 5 minutes to designate a break
    5) make sure your desk is facing away from the rest of your room. ideally, your room would be neat and rid of distractions, but if not, it is best that you can't see it, so you are not distracted
    6) make sure to be in constant communication with your teachers via email, even if you have the smallest questions. if you are struggling with distance learning, tell them!!
    7) utilize google calendar as much as you possibly can!
    8) when taking breaks, try not to use it as a time for social media, but rather, take "productive" breaks—read, draw, respond to emails, meditate, exercise, clean—something that is less mentally demanding, but still maintains a mentality of focus and accomplishment.
    9) i know many say do the hardest tasks first, but I would suggest making sure all of those little things are dealt with so you have a clear head when going into your work, and so that you already feel like you've done something. if you're studying late at night, make sure you've done your teeth-brushing, etc beforehand so you can go to sleep as soon as you're done
    10) DON'T stay up late trying to do work if you know you won't be able to do it. if you tend to procrastinate, but don't study well at night, don't leave it all for nighttime. instead, just go to bed, and wake up earlier to do as much as you can. you will work more swiftly and in a more focused way when you have that sleep. even if in your head it makes more sense to sleepily do your work at 3 am, just go to bed!!!!!! ask for extensions from teachers if you need them.
    11) i know it is so difficult to focus in long, remote classes, and you can even get quite sleepy. i really recommend always having some cold water and a fidget tool nearby. cool water always wakes me up, and the fidget tool can keep your hands busy. it doesn't have to be fancy, it could just be a pen to click or a piece of string.
    12) try to make your study sessions more fun and special if you can't focus. light candles, make a snack plate and tea, play music, get a blanket, study on the roof, use cute stationery, and/or even sing aloud your textbook content. mix up your study sessions so things feel less stagnant.
    13) if you are learning a language, or something else that requires a lot of memorization, review it right before bed so your brain can process it as you sleep
    14) at the end of each school day, think about what you've learned. make a list of everything you remember, explain to yourself or another person the concepts you learned. this will help you to solidify the lessons in your brain
    15) make a list of the reasons why accomplishing your work is important to you. in the short term, it can be difficult to find a reason to work hard. if you think about the bigger picture: what you want to do with your life, and what kind of impact you want to make on the world, you may find more of a reason to work
    16) just start. do the worst work you can, embrace your failures, just spend 2 minutes doing something. i've found, when i procrastinate, i am often scared of failing. remove all of the pressure of the situation, and don't focus on perfect work but rather trying your best and learning something.
    17) use quizlet aggressively
    18) there are many great studying livestreams/study with me videos, this can be great for feeling like you're not alone in your studying!!
    19) on chrome, make two identities/browsers (idk what to call this), set one to be for your personal email and casual google needs, such as youtube/shopping/games, etc, and set one to be for academics
-in the academics browser, make bookmark folders: one for general (google drive, quizlet, khan academy, gmail, calendar, google classroom, ap planner, etc), folders for each class you have and the individual resources for those classes (such as the specific g-classroom link, agendas, syllabus, unit documents/assignments), and then one for emotional and studying resources (playlists, meditation guides, affirmation articles, study tip blogs/videos, cute puppy videos)
-here is a link to an example of what i'm talking about: https://imgur.com/a/0I6PKOb
    20) go easy on yourself. these are weird times, please don't expect yourself to do the same quality of work that you once did, or to be super productive. it's okay to take more breaks than usual. set limits and prioritize your well-being over all-else, school is never more important than your health. don't compare yourself to others, remember, everyone is responding to these circumstances differently!!
i hope these were in some way helpful, i have faith in you!!!!!!
