The Department of Education– finalizing its learning continuity plan as they brace for the new normal post-lockdown. DepEd Undersecretary Diosdado San Antonio says Education Secretary Leonor Briones is set to make a decision on when formal learning will resume by the end of the week. But whether it would be face-to-face learning or distance learning, San Antonio assures the public appropriate resources will be ready.

    EXPECT to see:
1 Epidemic rise of middle school and high school DROPOUTS (2020/21).
2 Epidemic rise of Internet addiction in children.
3 Epidemic rise of Facebook accounts of younger children.
4 Epidemic rise in internet exploitation of children.

5 Even if you give every child a brand new computer and free internet – they will not use these tools for LEARNING.
6 Parents do NOT have the TIME to supervise their children and many lack the education to help their children.
7 The schools were closed March 15th when the entire world knew nothing about Covid19 – This was a very WISE + REASONABLE decision.
8 It is now JULY and we have abundant information and data to realize that both the infection rate and mortality rate for children is very LOW.
    PH Death rate = 11 deaths per million – Children under 19 = 0.09%
9 Sweden, Belarus, Japan, Thailand did NOT go on lockdown and did NOT close their

    schools.
10 Vietnam went on lockdown (April) and closed schools but quickly stopped the lockdown (May) and re-opened schools.
